* Excessive noise, anti-social behaviour etc will not be tolerated

* Due to the high cost of electric no electrical appliances are allowed in the awnings, (eg heaters, fridges etc). If you do require an extra fridge a £50.00 suppliment is payable.

* Toilets must be kept locked at all times.

* Showers and electrical appliances are token operated, which are available from reception.

* Children must be supervised in toilets and washroom areas

* The 5mph limit must be observed at all times.

* There is parking for one car per tourer. Cars are not allowed on the grass, only for unloading and loading ( dry conditions only ).

* Dogs must remain on leads at all times, if your dog fouls anywhere please use bins provided.

* Washing lines must not be hung from tourers to any fixed objects, all rotary lines must be taken down when not in use.

* No ball games, no kite flying, no gazebos.

* Fisherman only around the waters edge. No unaccompanied children under the age of 14 allowed to fish.

* All rubbish to be put into green bins located in the car park.

* No smoking in public areas.

* We advise that your caravan be fully insured.

* All barbeques are to be located at the front of your caravan when in use.

* No traders or trading allowed on site at any time.

* All caravans must be chained down.

* Caravans must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
